We are looking for regional sales engagement specialists to join our growing sales team to build new client relationships through face-to-face engagement. You’ll be responsible for prospecting within an assigned region, meeting with business owners and decision-makers, and presenting Virtualite’s service solutions in person.
In This Role:
• Prospect and generate new business within your local region
• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and consultations with potential clients
• Identify operational challenges and recommend customized service solutions
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Track activity, leads, and deal progress in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client transitions
We are looking for:
• Experience in outside or regional sales is a plus but not required
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Comfortable with in-person prospecting and relationship building
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Ability to manage a territory independently
